2Jewels jewellery is available at the best Italian jewelers. Check which is store is nearest to you with our Store Locator. Call the chosen dealer to find out if the product you want is currently available in shop or if you have to order it.

Does 2Jewels jewellery come with a guarantee?
All 2Jewels jewellery is covered by a 2 year warranty. They will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the company.

What are the terms of the 2Jewels guarantee?
All 2Jewels jewels are covered by a 2 year warranty. Simply go to an authorized dealer, showing the receipt, accompanied by the guarantee completed by the dealer at the time of purchase. Damages due to negligence, improper use or normal wear and tear of the product are excluded from the guarantee.

Where do I request assistance for a repair?

The shopkeeper has refused to repair/exchange a piece of jewellery in warranty, what can I do?
The management of the repairs is entrusted to our dealers. If they consider the damage to not merit replacement of the jewellery under the warranty, it means that the jewellery has suffered damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect, but rather of use.

Is it possible to change products after buying them?
National legislation does not provide this as an explicit right however, going to the point of sale where the item was purchased, it is possible that the dealer may permit this out of courtesy. Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Can the jewellery get wet?
We recommend that you carefully read all the information on the warranty slip. Sea water, cosmetics and various chemical compounds can alter the aesthetic characteristics of the product, in which case it will not be possible to replace or repair under warranty.

What is the best way to clean my jewellery?
Fresh water and natural soap is the most suitable method to clean our jewellery.

How can I best take care of my 2Jewels jewellery over time?
We recommend that you do not wear jewellery in the bathroom, in bed or during sports activities. Always remove jewellery before applying perfumes, creams on the body, solar solutions and oils of any kind. Do not wear jewellery if you work with detergents, bleach, ammonia or alcohol.

It is possible that over time a light patina is deposited on the jewellery and that this can darken it slightly. Cleansing it with fresh water and neutral soap will help restore the original aesthetic characteristics.
